Our Weight room consists of Dumbbells from 5-100lbs, fixed weighted bars, Squats Racks, Benches in every form, and just about everything a modern gym requires.
We have wide variety of cardiovascular equipment that includes – Treadmills, Ellipticals, Up Right bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Spin Bikes, and Steppers.
We have a full room devoted to cross training that includes a Multi purpose rig. The rig offers a variety of monkey bars, pull up stations, and squat stations.
